Jeffrey L. Snow, MD
Dr. Snow has been in private practice in Raleigh since 1992. He believes in creating a collaborative relationship in which patients are treated with respect, understanding, and compassion. Experienced in treating children, adolescents and adults, his areas of interest include ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders (depression and bipolar discorder), and OCD. He provides diagnostic evaluations, medication management and psychotherapy.
Dr. Snow received his B.S. in Psychology and his M.D. from the University of Maryland. He completed his general psychiatric training at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, followed by a child and adolescent fellowship at Children's Hospital in Washington, D.C. He is a member of the North Carolina Psychiatric Association and the American Psychiatric Association.

George P. Corvin, MD
Dr. Corvin graduated from the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham in 1992. He completed a 4-year residency in General Psychiatry at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, GA in 1996 and was Chief Psychiatric Resident for the MCG Psychiatric Training Program from 1995 to 1996. After finishing his residency, Dr. Corvin completed a fellowship in Forensic Psychiatry with the United States Department of Justice.
He is Board Certified as a General Psychiatrist by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and also holds subspecialty certification in the field of Forensic Psychiatry. Dr. Corvin joined North Raleigh Psychiatry in 1997. He was an attending psychiatrist at Holly Hill Hospital in Raleigh from 1997 until 2006, and was the Service Director of the dual diagnosis treatment program and Medical Staff President for 6 years before leaving hospital work to focus on other practice areas. Dr Corvin provides an array of forensic consultation services, which is his primary focus, in addition to an active outpatient practice. He has extensive experience in completing civil and criminal court evaluations, including, but not limited to: assessment of criminal responsibility, competency examinations, independent psychiatric evaluations, medical malpractice, and personal injury litigation.

Juan F. Velosa, MD
Dr. Velosa is originally from Colombia, South America. He is a naturalized American citizen and has lived in the US since 1994. He graduated from the School of Medicine of the Universidad del Valle in Colombia in 1984. He completed his psychiatric training in Colombia at the Department of Psychiatry of the School of Medicine of the Universidad del Valle and later pursued additional training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México – UNAM in México City. After he came to this country, Dr. Velosa completed his training in General Psychiatry at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, GA. He then went to Baltimore, MD for his fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the Johns Hopkins Hospital.
After a short trial of an academic career as an Assistant Professor at the University of Alabama in Birmingham, AL, he joined North Raleigh Psychiatry in 2000. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. His areas of interests include, but are not limited to, ADHD across the life span, Mood Disorders including Depressive Disorder and Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, and Pervasive Developmental Disorders. John Paul Olarte, MD
Dr. Olarte joined North Raleigh Psychiatry in 2007 after completing his residency in Psychiatry at UNC Chapel Hill. He received his M.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in 2003. A General Psychiatrist, he is particularly interested in mood and anxiety disorders, especially Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. Seeking to combine an evidence-based approach with the art of Medicine, Dr. Olarte uses a collaborative approach of patient education and shared decision-making.
He has a particular focus in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and treats a wide range of psychiatric disorders using medication, psychotherapy, or a combination approach. Dr. Olarte is also proficient in Spanish.

Meghan F. Hebishi, DO
Dr. Hebishi is double-board certified in General Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. She joined North Raleigh Psychiatry in 2022. Originally from Delaware, Dr. Hebishi earned her medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2017. She also obtained a Master of Science in Biological Sciences from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Juniata College. In 2017, Dr. Hebishi moved south and is happy to call North Carolina her home. She completed her internship at Campbell University/Harnett Health in 2018. She went on to complete a General Psychiatry Residency followed by a Fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at East Carolina University Brody School of Medicine.
Dr. Hebishi is experienced in treating children, adolescents and adults. She utilizes medication management and psychotherapy in her clinical practice.
